Very helpfull and friendly staff and employees. Location nearby beach. Good breakfast. Good kitchen (we only had one night dinner at the hotel). Free parking.

A small family run hotel, (3 different generations)and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good with some home baked cakes which were delicious. We had lunch there one day and the standard and variety of food was exceptional and great value. The hotel have organised free car parking and is only 5 minutes walk from hotel. It's a nice 10 minutes walk down through main pedestrianised street to the centre of catollica. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was handy for misano race track as we were there for the world superbike race.

Personnel sympathique et bienveillant, petit déjeuné simple mais très bon .
Nous avons séjourné 10 jours à l’hôtel Atlas et malheureusement, plusieurs points ont fortement entaché notre expérience.
Le ménage dans la chambre était très insuffisant : les draps n’ont jamais été changés, malgré la présence de sable dans le lit dès les premiers jours. Le sol n’a visiblement jamais été lavé, et le sable restait présent chaque jour, même après notre retour de la plage. Nous n’avons pas eu l’impression qu’un balai ait été passé régulièrement.
Une fois , les femmes de ménage nous ont demandé de quitter la chambre car elles étaient en retard, ce que nous avons refusé (nous étions dans notre droit). En réaction, elles nous ont demandé de jeter nous-mêmes nos poubelles, ont déposé des serviettes propres sans reprendre les sales, et n’ont finalement pas nettoyé la chambre du tout.
Autre point trompeur : l’annonce indique que l’hôtel dispose d’une piscine, mais celle-ci se trouve sur la plage, dans un autre établissement, et son accès est payant (80 € pour 3 jours). Cette information n’était pas du tout précisée sur le site au moment de la réservation.
Enfin, le parking mis à disposition n’est pas directement à côté de l’hôtel, mais à environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied. Ce n’est pas un problème en soi, mais cela devrait être précisé dans l’annonce pour éviter toute surprise.
En résumé, l’hôtel a du potentiel grâce à son emplacement, mais la gestion et l’organisation doivent être améliorées pour correspondre au standing attendu d’un 3 étoiles.
