Die Lage war perfekt. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen der Altstadt und dem Strand (beides 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein kostenloser eigener Parkplatz in der Lage ist Gold wert. Alle anderen Parkplätze im Zentrum von Sibenik sind dauerhaft belegt, wir haben viele Leute gesehen, die große Mühe hatten eine Parkplatz zu finden.
Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Auf unsere Fragen haben sie immer innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort bekommen. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert, so dass man wirklich entspannen konnte.
Besser kann man es wirklich nicht haben. Sollten wir wieder nach Šibenik kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Parking przy budynku, zmywarka, pralka dostępna w osobnym pomieszczeniu.
Jak już muszę to wymyślę, że w kuchni mogłoby być jedno gniazdko elektryczne więcej.

It was very close to the old city, amazing view of the sea and fortress wall, very clean, well fitted kitchen and a parking place right in front of the accomodation.
A bit cold in April, there was no heating, but it should be very good in the summer months.

The location of the property is excellent and well placed as a base for visiting Sibenik and the surrounding area. Otherwise the apartment that we had can at best be described as "compact and functional" with little natural light.
The property is a modern build and is located immediately adjacent to the old city walls. We drove and free onsite parking was provided.
The handover of keys and our welcome was brief and superficial by the owner's son. We were not told where the washing machine/tumble dryer were. Had it not been for my husband trying to figure out what the third key was for we would have not discovered the laundry room, which is located in a basement area, away from the apartment with a separate locked entrance. The apartment information pack offered no information regarding the laundry facility nor its location.
The bedroom bedding left a lot to be desired. The pillows are the size you would use on a child's bed and there was no body to them. The size of the bed linen could be more generous. Needless to say, as a consequence, sleep quality was very poor.
There are two bedrooms - both furnished with double beds. It is of note that the double bed in the smaller bedroom is pushed right up to the wall meaning that occupants would need to clamber over one another to get into and out of bed. A single bed is better suited to this room.
The only natural lighting is from the main entrance door which leads onto the pleasant patio/terrace area. Other than this there are only two small windows - one in each bedroom.
The mosquito nets are pretty superficial - just as well that anti mosquito plug ins are provided.
The apartment is advertised as having air conditioning (AC). There is only one AC unit, and this services the kitchen/lounge area. There is no AC in the bedrooms.
On the plus side - the apartment was clean.
I think the above says it all.
Suggested areas for improvement:
1. Better bedding and pillows - ESSENTIAL
2. Better information regarding the location of the location of the laundry.
3. Provision of AC in the bedrooms.
The pictures used to advertise and promote the apartment are rather misleading and give the impression of good natural lighting. This is definitely not the case.
