Suitable for large groups, plenty to do outdoor activities, inexpensive to stay yet easy commute distance to many businesses, historical, top getaway places within 5 to 100 miles (within the town or anywhere within SF Bay), contact us for ideas. Hosting a personal event/gathering while staying? please ask the owner.
Besides that, you'll take back great experiences when you "bring your own near & dear, friends & families" (BYOND, FF) to this gorgeous zenith villa/house within a private fence approx. 2 acres, has an ample parking, home for a leisure, comfortably furnished, best twilight times, nearby events, vacationing, program retreats or business stays. It has great natural lighting & air quality, away from the busy roads yet within city limits. Things-to-do team/group activities within ~10-mile range, great food, mud-bike, paintball, open go-karting, archery, biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, prairie, skydiving, wineries, wine tasting, fruit picking, equestrian, axe throwing, famous breweries, distilleries etc., and ~30mile range vineyards, lakes, river rafting, hot air ballooning, drag race etc.
Note 1of6: No strings attached: Like any other vacation or hotel properties your final cost is what you see after all final selections (selection are required to be accurate). Please ask for longer-stay discount...
Note 2of6: Private Gathering/Event?: Involving few day-time visitors of yours but won't stay overnight, but joins you for a gathering to celebrate with you?. Sure but your cooperation is appreciated for the safety for all and yet additional restrictions apply, like... whether a qualified gathering/event type or not?, then incurs additional fee $500 or more, additional safety and contractual process, etc., ask for details.
Note 3of6: Sharing beds: We assume few of your guests could sleep 2 per bed, otherwise please discuss ahead of time about your amenities, sleeping arrangement needs like spare linen, blankets, beds etc.
Note 4of6: Conserve to Preserve: At times you may prefer to stay together, our setup allows up to 4 per room so if you don't need to use all bedrooms, appreciate not using it. Appreciate you joining the conserve motto.
Note 5of6: Surroundings: While you have your own privacy within the secluded fence but the barn 50 ft across may be in use but won't be any traffic into yours., you may notice some construction activities north of the property approx. 500ft across.
Note 6of6: Patio Furniture: There will be 24 chairs and 4 rectangle tables for you and your group get comfortably enjoy more patio, backyard or outdoor times. Made available on a complimentary basis, please respect by stacking them back into 1 place.
Note: Owner/Inn Keeper lives in a detached separate unit.

The location was good for our group - fairly centralized, easy to find and easy to get to. The parking was excellent. The kitchen, dining and socializing areas were large enough and comfortable enough to accommodate our group of 24 people. The enclosed porch and outdoor areas were very nice, and we made good use of the folding tables and chairs on site. We had a slight pest problem, but nothing that interfered with our weekend stay.

We rented this place due to location and family size needs. Check-in and check-out times were great. The landscaping was beautiful. Oh, this could be such a wonderful place for so many things but…It is dirty and is not being maintained. I could write pages here but I won’t. Sometimes pictures tell the story best. Let’s just say it lacks basic safety features such as smoke alarms and CO2 detectors, porch railings and handrails. Luxuries are hard to find when the towels and sheets are thread bare and often stained, couches are stained and furniture has a layer of dust or dirt. The outdoor canvas overhang is literally torn and hanging. Great coffee pots for a crowd but cooking supplies are greatly lacking. The stove/oven didn’t work, one sink backed up before we even used it. Food grime was left on silverware, pans, cooking utensils. No dishwasher soap was provided. No kitchen linens. A beautiful fountain but filled with green water with mosquito larvae. There were no written directions or information pertaining to house rules or directions for use. We tried working with the host regarding our concerns. After meeting with them, we were asked to leave a list of our concerns, which we did. And we hope they listen as this could be an amazing place. They need to hire efficient help to clean and fix all the broken and lacking basic requirements needed to provide a vacation rental quality environment.
