About this apartment rental
This splendid family property is situated directly above the sea, at a height of only 50 m above the fine Paramonas beach on a small hill, surrounded by vineyards and pine trees. There are 5 different buildings, nestling on the hillside in a semicircle, forming an inner courtyard. The individual houses are grouped in interlocked rows and columns, creating the layout of a traditional village. In the interplay of sea, light and sun the house walls in earth colours with their white, brown and green shutters, the small alleys and nooks and the stone steps are rich in contrast to the blue sky. The semi-detached house DYONISIS, the duplex NIKI and ELENI and the holiday apartment DINA are especially suitable for social people. Ideal for families or friendly couples who want to spend the best time of the year together, yet live independently.
The two-storey holiday house is situated directly at the inner courtyard and has two holiday apartments above each other, ELENI and NIKI. To one side of the house there is the neighbouring semi-detached house with the holiday home DYONISIS. Diagonally opposite on the corner you look towards the holiday apartment DINA.
Nice flowers and Mediterranean plants serve as a privacy screen. The ELENI holiday flat is located on the raised ground floor with a covered terrace and a partial sea view. The functionally furnished holiday flat was renovated in 2008. The living area with open-plan kitchenette is adjoined by the bathroom and both bedrooms. From the living area and one bedroom there is direct access to the awning-covered entrance terrace with colourful balcony flowers.

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und typisch griechisch dekoriert. Sehr gemütlich mit etwas Kitsch! Auf der geräumigen Terrasse sitzt man zwischen üppigem Grün, ein bisschen vom Meer ist auch zu sehen. Besonders genossen haben wir die Außendusche und die wunderbaren Matratzen, auf denen man herrlich schläft. Herzlich empfangen hat uns Dina, die vorbildlich für Sauberkeit sorgte und uns mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt hat.

Wir haben im Haus Eleni einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Dina hat uns mit gefülltem Gemüse, Wein und zum Abschied mit Feigenbrot verwöhnt.
Zusätzlich hat uns noch eine junge Katzenmutter mit ihren zwei Jungen verwöhnt - Strand schön - Wasser super - Wetter optimal - was will man mehr.
Restaurants: Sun Set, Scala und Afra sehr gut.
