Galini Vines is an ideal stone-built Corfu house for those looking to experience authentic Corfu village life. The house is set on one level in the village of Petalia Corfu, within walking distance to local tavernas and around an hour from Corfu Airport. The property is located in the Village of Petalia, with sunny terraces remaining throughout the day. Petalia Village is rarely affected by any heat waves, a cool mounting air is always present and you may possibly need a blanket to drape during the summer nights. Nevertheless, an air-conditioning unit is available in the lounge, and it is more than adequate to cool down the property if proven necessary. Layout Galini Vines House resides in 110 square metres of space, surrounded by 3300 square metres of land, including the property's Vineyard. The landlord will invite you during the winemaking period (September/October) to join in with the festivities, and sample the local wine taking part in the winemaking practices. Those practices date back to Antiquity and were transferred from father to son throughout the ages (with some adaptations, of course).
