Beautiful, modern and state-of-the-art home with breathtaking sea views. The house was completely renovated in 2019. The beach, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol station and Laguna Village are just 5 minutes from the house.
The excellent location, the various sports activities such. B. Mountain biking, hiking, squad riding, horse riding, tennis and of course golf in the immediate vicinity possible. The house is lovingly furnished. The kitchen includes everything that every cook or chef wishes. Induction cooker, microwave, stir bar, blender, smoothie maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle etc.
In this kitchen nothing has to be left out. On the spacious panoramic terrace with Markiese is a gas barbecue. The house has air conditioning, washing machine, clothes horse and a pull-out clothesline and iron, hair dryer, beach towels, bed linen and towels are available.
