Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit 18 Personen (5 Kinder) in dem Haus. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für uns perfekt. Ausstattung der Küche völlig ausreichend, auch wenn es beim Kochen manchmal etwas eng wurde. Super, dass zwei Kühlschranke vorhanden sind. Auch gab es eine kleine Grundausstattung (Spül-Utenlisien, Alu-, Frischhaltefolie, Backpapier, Küchenrolle, Toilenpapier , Handwaschseife...). Stauraum für mitgebrachte Lebensmittel ist in den Schränken leider etwas knapp, aber ok für ein WE.
Einzig die Tatsache, dass das Küche und Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss, das gemütliche Wohnzimmer aber im 1.OG liegt, war etwas schade, so dass wir das WZ gar nicht genutzt haben.
Netter Kontakt, hat alles gut geklappt.

Haben ein Familien-Wochenende hier verbracht ( mit 17 Personen) Anfang Februar
Dafür super geeignet, da die Zimmer gut verteilt und ausreichend Bäder/Toiletten vorhanden sind.
Die Küche ist etwas klein und bei voller Belegung des Hauses wohl auch nicht ausreichend, um für alle gleichzeitig die Mahlzeiten vorzubereiten. Für uns jedoch gerade ausreichend.
Die Nähe nach Braunlage ist gut, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und abgelegen um sich zu erholen.
Nette Vermieter, wir kommen wohl wieder!!!

Wir hatten insgesamt eine netten Aufenthalt in einem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaus mit vielen Zimmern und Bädern, der Möglichkeit, draußen schön zu sitzen und zu grillen und verschiedenste Unternehmungen zu machen. Allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit, insbesondere in den Bädern, nicht zufrieden. Zudem wurde uns vorab nicht gesagt, dass Bauarbeiten am Haus stattfinden und entsprechend Handwerker über das Grundstück laufen. Im Garten lagen Gerüstteile, weswegen wir ihn mit den Kleinkindern, die wir dabei hatten, nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Die Küche ist sehr klein und es gab nur eine mittelgroße Pfanne, dafür aber ein paar große Töpfe. Es gibt Unmengen an Geschirr, aber scharfe Messer in verschiedenen Größen würde ich beim nächsten mal selbst mitbringen. Die Spülmaschine ist alt und macht das Geschirr nicht mehr richtig sauber. Der Aufenthaltsraum zum Essen ist groß, dort haben wir uns die meiste Zeit aufgehalten. Oben im Wohnzimmer waren wir kaum, weil wir immer alles hoch und runter hätten tragen müssen - das ist vor allem dann blöd, wenn die Kinder schon schlafen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat unsere Kritik sehr gut angenommen.
