The house is perfectly hidden in a sleepy non-tourist village, with lovely local shops, and bistro's a few moments away. It is set in the heart of Provence with easy access to all the main hot-spots between 10-45 mins drive.

There are so many wonderful things to do in the sunshine of Provence. From hiking up mountains to walking through vineyards to swimming in lakes or walking through rivers that run through gorges. They are amazing local markets, and bistro's to sit and watch the world go by. Plenty of artistic things to see and places to visit, to simply relaxing and, of course, all the fantastic food and wine to enjoy!

To help you explore the delights of the area, we’ll send you a big info email with all the fantastic "off the beaten track" places we have discovered, along with some wonderful local secrets

Before booking, if you come during the hot summer months, please make sure you are fine without AC.
The apartment comes with access to a workshop/living room downstairs that remains fresh even during the heat waves. But If you are not at ease with the heat, we recommend spring and fall as the best time to visit Provence.

One of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in. The building has been lovingly and beautifully restored, furnished with stunning sculptures, art and antiques - such a calming and tranquil atmosphere. The location is ideal, walking distance from shops and superb restaurants. Ian and Axelle are amazing hosts who recommended some great places to visit and eat. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Ian and Axelle are amazing hosts to their incredible historic bohemian apartment. The apartment has everything we needed to work, cook and live for 2 weeks. Plenty of spaces too, indoor and out, to relax and enjoy. Their local recommendations were what we ended up turning to the most, in order to get a more authentic Provençal experience, so that was a great help. Would definitely make a return visit!

First things first the property was really well kept as well as the appartment itself. On top of that the owners seemed to be really friendly and kind people since they also offered additional services like providing us with information of Caromb as well as some vegetables. All in all the time spent at the appartment was amazing not only due to the appartment itself since one had also access to other facilities like a little gym as well as a beautiful tiny garden.
