La vue en premier lieu, ainsi que l' emplacement. La literie est très correcte. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. C'est est un excellent rapport qualité prix Alors certains diront que c'est vieux, qu il faut rafraîchir, moderniser.... n en faites rien surtout. Un lieu qui me rappelle les vacances a la campagne chez grand mere, simple, propre et non aseptisé, où l on peut prendre le temps de vivre.

Nous adorons l’emplacement plein de magie et de beauté face à l’étang et à la forêt. La maison est spacieuse bien pensée confortable sans bling bling avec une grande belle chambre et une vue exceptionnelle de toutes les pièces de la maison Un emplacement pour la voiture et un espace extérieur ou l’on peut prendre un repas se détendre À proximité des ballades dans la forêt avec mes chiens Nous sommes venus plusieurs fois Je recommande Sophie A
L’espèce détente à l’extérieur pourrait être plus convivial

A property with great potential overlooking L’Etang de Tronçais. Comfortable and well equipped.
The entrance through a narrow gateway into an area with broken plastic chair did not impress. A stairway of 9 steps was not expected. The kitchen and bathroom area needed deep cleaning. Some shutters could not be opened they were so dilapidated.
