La disponibilité et la cordialité du propriétaire....
Malheureusement beaucoup de choses Logement à la limite de l'insalubrité... moisissures importantes dans la douche et le plafond de salle de bain... dessous du canapé à mon avis jamais nettoyé... Canapé très sale, plaid dessus avec des trous et qui ne doit pas être souvent lavé.... Rideaux du salon à changer également très sales également passés... du linge sale dans le panier de la salle de bain ce qui ne se fait pas lorsqu'on accueille du public...etc...
