About this villa rental
Built in stone about 50 years ago, it has just been renovated in early August 2017
and can accommodate up to 6 people and two children (parental suite).
Its two South and West terraces offer a unique setting without any
opposite.
Located on the wild point of Tal Ar Grip, Villa Trimaël you
will enchant with its magnificent view of the rocky coast, the moor
Breton, the city of Douarnenez in the South West and the peninsula of
Crozon to the West.
Along the property below, you will discover the shore
wild and preserved on the GR34, long-distance hiking trail.
500 m. , Pors-Ar-Vag beach on foot (1 km by car), where
you can enjoy the joys of swimming:
- Supervised beach in summer,
- Kayak and surf rental in summer,
- Oasis restaurant by the beach,
- Snack / crêperie "Chez Tatabel".
At 4 kms, you will find all shops and amenities in the
market town of Plomodiern, as well as
- The Glazicks restaurant (** Michelin),
- the crêperie / pizzéria "Le coq au toit"
- The Friday morning market ....
As well as a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy...
- Tourist places to visit:
- Locronan (medieval village) 15 minutes away
- the Menez Hom and the Crozon Peninsula 30 minutes away
- Douarnenez Bay and Cap Sizun (Pointe du Raz ...) at 30 minutes and 1 hour:

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
On the ground floor :
- An entrance, with old cloakroom, serving the cellar and the corridor
- A cellar with a fridge, a washing machine and cupboards.
- A toilet
- A kitchen open to the living room, with ceramic hob,
traditional oven and microwave,
fridge / freezer and dishwasher.
- A large living room of 43 m2 opening onto the West terrace, with:
- sofas and armchair, dining table.
- A small adjoining living room with sofas and TV, overlooking the South terrace.
- A dressing room followed by:
- The "Dune" suite with sea view: room for two, (180 (2x90) x200 bed)
- Shower room with wc, adjoining the bedroom, exit to West terrace.
- A large oak staircase leads to the first floor where is located
library furniture (books (adults and children) and board games.
UPSTAIRS :
- The "Beach" room: a bed for 2 (140 x 200), sea view, followed by:
- The "Moussaillon" bedroom: 2 90x190 beds, adjoining the "Plage" bedroom
- A corridor with dressing serving:
- A bathroom with shower with roof window.
- A separate toilet with roof window.
- The "Captain" room for two, (180 bed: (2x90) x200), sea view.
Large enclosed garden of over 4000m2 with breathtaking 180 degree sea views, without any overlooked. A portico with 2 swings and 1 slide.

This was our fourth stay at this marvelous property. There is nothing that is not excellent—the view(!), the house, the decor, the amenities, the furnishings, the hosts. The location is also fantastic. We love staying here and will return again as soon as possible.

This was our second stay. Everything is perfect. The location and the view are the most outstanding features, but the house, the furnishings and amenities are of the highest quality and the house is immaculately clean. We look forward to our (already booked) stay next year.

We had a great holiday in this amazing property, one of the best we ever stayed in.
It gets very hot in the upstairs bedrooms, but that is the same in every traditional house.
We would love to come back!

We booked this house based on the spectacular situation on the sea with open views in all directions. The pictures could not lie, and it was a fabulous as we expected. The coastal path is accessible directly from the house, and seeing people out walking on it adds to the charm. Sunsets (when the clouds cooperate) are magnificent. What was a surprise was the house itself. The pictures did not do it justice. It is beautiful, and beautifully decorated and appointed. It is also more spacious than we had expected. It is the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. There is essentially nothing that you could need that Dominique has not provided. Yet it is not cluttered or crowded. Dominique and Philippe are very friendly and helpful but stay away when not needed. They live in a nearby village. We expect to return next year.
