We loved everything about this apartment. We were met by a friendly lady (sorry, I can't remember her name) who explained everything about the apartment. From the gorgeous foyer to the views of the lake and the parking space for our car, everything about the apartment was great.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable for 4 people. It was a lovely 10-15 min walk to the old town along the lake front. You could hire boats and Pedalos within a 5 min walk. We had a brilliant time.
The road next to the apartment is busy for most of the day and night which did bring a little noise. This did not annoy us but should be considered if you want peace and quiet.

The location of Flocon was ideal for us a family, just a short 15minute walk to the lake for swimming and not to far for the children to walk to the old town. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, great views from the balcony.
The washing machine was not clear how to use it as it is a top loader machine . we ended up washing our clothes on a cold wash which wasn't what we wanted, the machine does spin clothes very well at all.
