Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, das Bett sehr gut. Sehr schöne Wohnung, in der wir uns letztendlich dann doch sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, von der Agentur Myhomeincomo kam erst nach 2 von 4 Tagen das Angebot, vorbeizukommen, um zu helfen. Den Support habe ich als freundlich, aber als nicht hilfreich empfunden. Zumindest wäre nett gewesen, eine zusätzliche Wolldecke zu bekommen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war ok, allerdings funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine und auch der Fön nicht. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Lage laut nachts, aber mit Ohrstöpseln geht es.

We were warmly welcomed. The key handover went smoothly, and plenty of time was taken to explain everything clearly. We were also reassured that if we had any questions or needed assistance, we could reach out to them until 10:00 PM. This gave us a very pleasant and hospitable feeling right from the start.
Honestly, nothing disappointed us. Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish, with great attention to detail. The whole experience felt smooth and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
