An excellent apartment that exceeded expectations in a good quiet location with views of the sea from 1 of 2 balconies. Well equipped and an added bonus of a welcome hamper and wine . Kostas was a first class host and kept in touch to ensure our stay was perfect

The property is a 2nd (top) floor apartment, about 500m from the centre of Paleochora. There is sufficient on street parking, at least in early May. We never had difficulty finding a space outside of the building. There are stunning views from the main bedroom and associated balcony. Also from the kitchen/ living room along the sea front to the pier where the ferries dock.
Constructive criticism is that there are too few cooking utensils, such as you may use in a frying pan or as a serving ladle. Also a microwave and some extra drinking cups would be very welcome.
Overall though a great place to stay and experience South West Crete.
