Cute and confortable guesthouse. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Location is nice, quite close to the city center

Walking distance to everything. Simple check in and check out. The room was cozy, clean, and well appointed.
Only worth noting to other visitors that the walls are thin and the stairs are creaky. Neither things bothered me, but just FYI

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring York. The room was quiet and we both slept really well. Everything in the bedroom and bathroom was modern and well maintained. It was good to have access to a car park, though we did not use it.

"Great place for us to get away or a few days. Within walking distance of main York to visit the christmas markets etc. Clean room, nice and warm and comfy bed.
Decent food at pub across the road too..."
