Room was excellent and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Excellent location for bus , less than 10 minutes by bus to York Minster and The Shambles.

Nice little B&B within walking distance to the city centre.
This was a convenient location with onsite parking available.
The room was spacious and comfortable for the most part although our bed was very creaky so maybe the mattress or base needs replacing.
Shower was excellent and the breakfast was good, recommended!

Great location could just park the car and walk into Center ..beautifully clean and staff were so friendly.the breakfast was perfect!

Great sized room. Nice bathroom. Shower worked well. Nice and friendly and helpful hosts. Great value and short walk into City.
