Such a nice hotel and facilities were all to hand. Conveniently situated for shops, bars and supermarket. I will definitely be staying again when back in the area.

Definitely not a 4star hotel. Reception areas look great but after that it’s very dated.

It has a lot of services and must have been a really cool resort back in the day. Nowadays it's outdated but charges a modern-resort price.
We also stayed at 2cd floor and the elevator was broken. All we got was a "2cd floor is not too bad".
The dinner at their steakhouse restaurant was also hit-or-miss. the well-done steak was overcooked and hard, the medium-well was nice, the medium was more cooked than the medium-well.
The mojitos were bad, like premade drink or similar, the mocktails were bad too.
