Set amidst serene olive groves and just 4 kilometers from a pristine sandy beach, Iris Villa is a spacious 240 m² two-story retreat offering the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and natural beauty.Bathed in sunlight throughout the day, the villa features a thoughtfully designed layout.
The ground floor boasts an expansive, tastefully decorated living room, complete with plush sofas, an armchair, a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and refined decorative touches. This welcoming space flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table invites you to enjoy meals together.
The fully equipped, generously sized kitchen includes modern appliances and a breakfast table for casual dining. Also on this level is a quiet office room with a sofa that converts into a semi-double bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests, along with a convenient shower/WC.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and en suite shower/WC, and two with twin beds each sharing a spacious bathroom. All bedrooms open onto a large balcony furnished for outdoor relaxation, offering delightful views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, and WiFi is available throughout the villa.
The exterior spaces are equally inviting. Shaded verandas and beautifully furnished patios provide the perfect backdrop for leisurely mornings or sunset cocktails. The well-kept garden and lush lawn surround a 28 m² swimming pool, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Villa Iris was a very pleasant discovery. We spent 2 fantastic weeks with our families, relaxing in a peaceful setting. The locazion is cozy, tastefully furnished and fully equipped as descrived in the presentation. It was impeccable clean. the It is located in a very quite area. Hihglights are the outdoor spaces, the garden and the pool.
Mr. Kostas, our host, was always available for any need. We higly raccoment this location.

Great stay for our group of 6 friends on a girls trip in the village of Prines. Costas the owner was so helpful providing us information and helping to arrange a transfer. Pool, deck and outdoor areas are fantastic with beach umbrellas and sun chairs. The water filter and fresh fruit were a very welcome gesture. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine and AC in all the bedrooms (even the little room downstairs).There are 3 bathrooms and a washing machine too. Single beds are harder than the larger ones- kids wouldn't mind these. There is also a cot if anyone travels with a baby/toddler.We walked into town to the mini market and tavernas, there is also a petrol station and butcher in walking distance. We had a hire car so it was an easy 20 minute drive into Rethymno. We also drove to beaches and sunset locations. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying sunset drinks on the top balcony. Thanks to Costas for being so accommodating to ensure we had a relaxing stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks in the house and everything was perfect. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The garden and the pool was very nice and we really enjoyed the barbecue. The host was very helpful and nice. So we can really recommend the villa.

This was our first time visiting Iris Villa, we are a family of 8 and this villa was very spacious and had everything we needed. The villa itself is absolutely stunning you can’t fault it. The owner Kostas was very accommodating and if we needed anything he was right there which was great. Perfect location just a 10 minute drive into Rethymno. We will be returning to Iris Villa.
