The apartment is in a great location, right next to a metro station, and offers plenty of space, making it ideal for groups of up to six people. The thermal comfort was good throughout the stay.
The wooden stairs are quite old, and noise easily travels through the structure, which can be disturbing. Basic amenities such as hand soap were missing, and the kitchen appliances and crockery were not properly clean.

Emplacement à côté du métro ligne 1 (station Bérault) super pour visiter Paris. Propriétaire très sympa et accueillant. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Très bon rapport qualité prix général.
Matelas chambre double un peu dur et légère odeur de la litière du chat (le chat etait néanmoins absent et tout etait bien rangé/propre) qui ont dérangé mon épouse. Ca n’a pas gâché du tout le séjour mais c’est la raison de la note 9 et pas 10.

Lovely spacious apartment in a nice area of the city. Clean. Butter, jam and chocolate spread in the fridge on arrival and coffee pods provided. Close to two supermarkets. Short walk to several restuarants and food shops. Near to a large park (Bois de Vincennes).
