About this house rental
This spacious loft is a unique home for your stay in Paris. Nestled inside a private courtyard, away from street noises, it is airy, bathed in light, spread across 3 levels with an undeniable character. The top floor bedroom is also every writer or artist’s dream of Paris.
The neighborhood is very safe, wealthy with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. You are just a short walk (10min) from the Eiffel tower and have all the key attractions of central Paris on your doorstep.
We have been hosts for eight years now. We truly enjoy it and we hope you will have a great stay.
Just like a home, you will find on the :
GROUND FLOOR
- A double-height living room
- A dining room with a large table that can easily accommodate all the guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, glassware, and so on...
- A bathroom and toilet with a bathtub, washer dryer, hairdryers, ironing board
FIRST FLOOR
- An en-suite bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a study desk
- An extra toilet
TOP FLOOR
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a convertible double bed (140x200) along with a study desk
EXTRA BEDDING
- In the ground floor living room there is a mezzanine with a single bed (90x200). It is a cool place to sleep but please bear in mind that this is not a bedroom as such.
FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
Families with children are also more than welcome! Upon request, we have a baby cot with a mattress, a high chair, foam mats, and children's books & toys.
INTERNET
Internet is a high speed fiber-optic connection and the WiFi is available throughout the whole property. The TV is a smart TV full 4kHD with Netlfix, PrimeVideo installed.
CLOSE NEIGHBORHOOD
Within one minute walks from the house, you'll find three bakeries, two supermarkets, three french cafe/restaurants, an Italian pizza restaurant for takeaway, a wine shop, a 24/7 pharmacy, two banks and one metro stop!
Bed linens, coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel, and towels are provided.

We highly recommend staying at this home away from home in Paris! Emmanuel was outstanding in making us feel welcome and answering all our questions before and during our stay! We had an extraordinary reunion of friends (two families who just moved to Paris from Toulon and Texas) and the kitchen and dining table provided everything we needed for this wonderful visit! The live plants and beautiful aquarium brought life and health to this artistic home. We loved all the recommendations for restaurants (dined twice in Cafe du Commerce - ask for Didier) and everything else you need to know in Paris! We walked all over from this wonderful Paris home!

What an awesome location. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and all kinds of restaurants. Metro stations all around to get you to other landmarks in the city.There were seven of us travelling together and this really met our needs for sleeping spaces and room to relax in the living/dining space.Kitchen and main bathroom are more than adequate and everything seems recently updated. The owner was quick to reply to questions via email and offer up suggestions. Very helpful before and during our stay.

What a great house. First it was spotless. Second it is in the greatest location , minutes from two subways/metro that go EVERYWHERE you need to go. Central Paris is no more than20 minutes away. There is everything you need in the neighborhood, bakery, butchers, great restaurants, shopping. Next time in Paris we hope to stay there again. The host could not have been nicer.

We choose this property largely because of the size (we were 6) and apparent quality, as well as the location (close to some old stomping grounds of ours when we lived in Paris years ago). Our experience was perfect! First, the house exceeded our expectations. Not only are the pictures and descriptions accurate, but the interior is so very well furnished and so artistically and elegantly decorated that we were very pleasantly surprised. In French, we would say something like "Ils ont de la classe, ces propriétaires." (These owners are classy.)Second, the house is in a delightful part of the 15ème arrondissement where one gets that "village" feeling rather than the hustle and bustle of Paris. It is very close to la Rue du Commerce, which is filled with (you got it): commerce; patisseries, boulangeries, traiteurs, restaurants, cheese shops, wine venders. etc. etc. etc. It's close to several metro lines, and one can with ease walk to the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower. And a special bonus is that the house, being inside a courtyard, is very quiet. Finally, Emmanuel (the owner) is an amazing communicator and is as accommodating as anyone can expect. Renting from him was marvelous.We cannot recommend this home highly enough! Thank you Emmanuel for the great experience.
