La qualité d'accueil et de service. L'appartement en lui même: spacieux, parfaitement équipé, agencé avec goût et situé en plein coeur du centre historique de la ville.

Check-in fai da te che all'inizio non funzionava. Nessun servizio di emergenza. Tutto per telefono con personale che non parla correttamente l'inglese. Se non avessi ricevuto l'aiuto di uno studente francese a cui ho passato la telefonata del servizio di emergenza non sarei entrato.
Il check-in fai da te, che non ha funzionato bene. Questo sistema dei lucchetti per ritirare le chiavi è talvolta difettoso e se si arriva tardi si vede anche molto male. Consiglio di informarsi bene su tutto. Viene richiesto con insistenza di pagare un deposito rimborsabile e di firmare un contratto. Tutte queste cose al momento della prenotazione su booking.com non sono spiegate bene: booking.com dovrebbe informare bene prima della prenotazione definitiva tutte le procedure. Se avessi saputo prima come funzionava, non avrei proprio prenotato.
