Room was spacious and, with one exception, spotlessly clean. Extremely quiet location
Was a most unpleasant smell originating in cupboard under the kitchen sink that the cleaning staff must surely have been aware of. No glassware.

The location was great. The Receptionist was lovely, and my room had everything I required.
I had a bit of trouble using the microwave as no instructions

The receptionist was welcoming and parking easy
The ground floor room was very tired peeling paint no extraction in bathroom so ceiling looked mouldy. The one day no service was done. No carpet. The soft furnishings sofa, curtains chairs needed a deep clean. Limited to 2 items eg 2 cups 2 glasses etc. Wasteful to put dishwasher on. Shower kept turning to wall.
