The staff was lovely. Every request was handled quickly with a smile and in a pleasant manner.
The water flow in the shower is not strong. It takes a while for hot water to arrive. The hair dryer is difficult to use. The smell of the body lotion in the shower is unpleasant.

Spa wasn't working for two days but I wasn't advice on the reservation

It was clean.
You have to book the spa, so the first day we were there we did not have access as it was ‘booked up’ if we knew this we would have booked somewhere else. You also only get 45 mins and the pool is absolutely tiny, more like a pond. When we first got there the staff told us we could sign in early, and to sit and wait, we waited and an hour later the room still was not ready so we had to go to a appointment and leave without even having a shower from the aeroplane.
When we did get in the room it was dark and dingy, there was old food in the fridge and it was just not what we expected.
The balcony had covers over the chairs. Basically the things we thought we were paying extra for, we did not receive anyway, so definitely not worth the money, better to stay somewhere else.
