About this house rental

Summary:

This terrific 5 bedroom, 3 bath combining both apartments of this duplex. It has new flooring, kitchen and bathrooms! Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Only 4 houses from the sand.



The Space:

This terrific 5 bedroom, 3 bath combining both apartments of a duplex, has upgraded flooring, kitchens and bathrooms. Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Only 4 houses from the sand. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.



Lower unit: Entering the front Dutch door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, ample seating, and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with beach views, a bbq and patio table, chairs and umbrella.



Stepping back in the property there is a quaint dining room just off of the all-white, newly remodeled galley kitchen. Stacked laundry unit is right off of the kitchen, a convenience not always found in beach homes.



Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 freshly remodeled full bathrooms. 3 TV's- Living room and first 2 bedrooms.



Upper back unit: Entering the front Dutch door at the top of the stairs, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with a bbq, patio table, chairs and umbrella.



Stepping back in the property there is a quaint dining table just off of the all-white, newly remodeled kitchen. Stacked laundry unit is just off the living room, a convenience not always found in beach homes. 2 bedrooms with queens beds and 1 remodeled full bathroom in the hall way. No sleeper sofa.



*The "2" car garage is very small and tight. It can only fit 2 SMALL cars and even then it will be a tight fit. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood streets.Parking at the beach can sometimes be a challenge.

Check in information will be given once you are booked and we receive your email address. The week of your check in date, guest will receive a guest portal email to download our phone app or go online to view all the property information

Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach.



Getting Around:

Super close to the bike path, (starts at 36th st) where you can enjoy a stroll or ride down the beach.



Other Things to Note:

- Back unit is above the garage and you must climb 1 flight of stairs. The unit itself is one floor. Lower front unit is on the ground floor with no stairs.

_The garage is very small and only fits 1 car or 2 very compact cars. Long trucks or SUVS will hang out.

-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must be 26 or older to book

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

This property has two separate, fully contained living quarters. Great for two or more family units who want communal and alone time.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we chose a week that turned out to be the hottest week of the year. The units stayed extremely warm even with the fans that were provided. The few issues we had with things which didn't work, were taken care of promptly and courteously. We would return again, but hopefully during better weather.
