About this house rental
This newly renovated and updated duplex is just 5 houses from the sand!
Downstairs unit has 2 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living space, and fireplace. 3 flat screen televisions with HD cable and high speed wireless internet included.
Front porch/patio has table, chairs, seating area, and BBQ.
Upstairs unit has 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, large living area with fireplace, dining room, and full kitchen.
Large balcony is accessible from this unit, which includes a BBQ and seating area .
Washer and dryer is available
3 parking spots are available for use during your stay (2 inside garage and 1 on the side of the house).
The property is arranged to accommodate a family who enjoys time together but also appreciates privacy. Although it is considered 2 units and has a private entrance for the upstairs unit, it is also very intimate as each unit has special amenities that coordinate well with the other. The beds are very comfortable with cozy linens and featherbeds and down comforters. Sleeping comfortably is a must for our family. The bathroom arrangement is unusual as each bedroom has it's own bathtub/shower and the upstairs has an extra full bath making it 3 bedrooms with 4 baths.
This property is close to everything you would like for the area. The beach is a short 1/2 block (50 yds), grocery store is a walk, bike ride away. Bike rental is 1 block, restaurants and shopping is a walk down the boardwalk which we enjoy daily when we are there.

You are just ateps from the beach, and great places to get coffee, food, donuts. The house is perfect for a large family and very comfortable, charming, roomy and clean.We had a wonderful time!

Excellent location & wonderful beach-going supplies. Lots of towels & beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. House was wonderful.
