On arrival we had a fabulous surprise..
We were upgraded to a room near the beach, with a jacuzzi bath on our own private terrace.
Everything was wonderful.
To the amazing staff .

All the staff who were working inside the restaurant were curious.

Tayfun remembered use from previous visits to the hotel.

Jiva Beach Club is an absolute gem—perfect if you’re after a relaxing, all-inclusive escape with a bit of everything. The private beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to unwind, while the backdrop of mountains makes the whole place feel really special. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a lovely lagoon running through the resort, and there’s always something going on if you want it, but it never feels too busy. The food is great with loads of choice, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. It’s the kind of place where you can completely switch off, soak up the views, and just enjoy the atmosphere.
The beach bar closes before sunset - this might change later on in the season, but this would be my only issue

We had a great time at Jiva in early November, while the weather was still warm and sunny. Excellent food, plenty of activities, a modern, spacious and comfortable room, plus great and friendly support from Customer Services, when we needed advice about how to get around the area and move on to our next destination in Turkey.
All this and great value for money too.
