About this house rental
Rent house 6 people any comfort (wifi) in very calm residence (dead end).
Ground floor: bright living room of 30 m2 with equipped kitchen, SAM, living room with a sofa plus a convertible sofa (separation possible by a double curtain), bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
Terrace of 50 m2 and facing south with barbecue, awning and chalet (2 old bikes available).
Small private enclosed garden at the front of the house. Parking space in front of the house.
Activities: beaches 100 m away, sailing school, fishing on foot, bike and horse riding, coastal paths, hiking ... 50 m from the residence: boules, children's playground, riding school, food truck (Rhuys pizza)…
Visit the islands of the Morbihan Gulf of Belle Île, Houat or Hoedic from Port-Navalo.
Monday morning market in St Jacques (50m from the house) and other days in the surrounding communities (Saint-Gildas, Sarzeau, Port-Navalo, Arzon ...)
Nearby: small supermarket, bakery, press, restaurants.
Animals are not allowed.
Household linen is not provided.
The cleaning is to be carried out by the outgoing tenants.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est confortable, très bien décorée, bien équipée, fonctionnelle, on s’y sent comme chez soi !
La terrasse est un grand plus ! Tout est bien entretenu.
La localisation est idéale, au calme , proche du port, des plages, des restaurants, de la supérette et du camion pizza.
La communication avec Pascale et Cyril est facile et agréable, les arrivée et départ facilités.
Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et recommandons vivement cette location.

Maison très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée. Petite résidence calme. Marché au bout de la rue le lundi. Supérette à 100m. Parfait pour tout faire à pied !

Location très cosy, superbement décoré (bord de mer), au calme, très bien située à côté du Port de Saint Jacques, tres belle plage de St Jacques accessible à pied. Nous recommandons bien sûr pour ceux qui souhaiteraient visiter Sarzeau et ses environs. Merci !
