About this house rental
Ideally located on the outskirts of the village, near the ria of étel and the beaches, you will be seduced by this quiet house, entirely renovated, of 80 m2 with the charm of Breton granite. You will benefit from the garden, terrace (barbecue) and private parking (pétanque field) within the property consisting of the owners' house and this outbuilding (independent access). You will have independent access from the owners and secure with electric gate. A large living room with flat screen TV DVD player, overlooking the south west facing terrace with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs as well as the landscaped garden. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer. Cellar with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor + WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom + WC. Baby equipment on request without supplement. Cleaning on request (45 € package).

While we loved the house and it's privacy and location, we felt the listing was a little misleading. Yes, you are staying in the house as shown in the listing, but you aren't given free access to the side of the house as shown - yellow front door. We were to use the back terrace doors. Which are beautiful, but it is not the impression given in the listing. We also feel it wasn't made clear in advance that necessities are not provided i.e. toilet paper and hand soap. Traveling from the US, we aren't as familiar with French amenities and it would be good to inform guests of this fact in advance. Enjoyed interaction with Christophe. He is very warm and personable. Overall, we recommend the rental as we did enjoy our stay.

Wow, wow, wow, what a property immaculate every item you would need in the kitchen and sll if goid quality. Lovely beds and bedding.
Shower was awsome with hot water avdikable 24/7.
The gardens are truly spectacular so much time effort and thought with different areas to sit and eat.
The owners are on hand if needed and provided us with fresh eggs and local cider.
There is a pick your own farm within a short walk and the fruit and vegetables are superb. Tasty Strawberries and raspberries I have to say they were far tastier
than any I have eaten in the UK.
There ate fantadtic beaches withon a short drive which are brilliant as they are shallow and ghd waters calm. If uou have little ones ghere are plenty of rock pools.
Local markets dont forget Lamour Plage on Sunday wonderful market fantastic produce. The boulongerie in Lamour is one of the best and dont forget to have a tea or coffee at the espeserie opposite the church. The lady who works there is lovely and you can uy fresh coffee and a vsrety of teas.

Beautifully restored cottage in a lovely garden .Very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Ideally located with easy access to local supermarket and amenities .A perfect base for exploring this beautiful area. Sandrine and Christophe were excellent hosts. Would love to return .

Christophe and Sandrine and their family were absolutely lovely, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed with a lovely garden. We particularly enjoyed the goats, sheep and chickens!We would highly recommend and would love to return to this beautiful area of Brittany.
