About this house rental
Between Dieppe and Étretat, 12 km away from Fécamp and the seaside. Detached country house with private indoor pool, heated the entire year.
Ground floor:open plan kitchen opening on the lounge, Murphy bed for 2 persons (140 x 190 cm).
Covered terrace with living room overlooking the pool, shower room, toilets.
Upstairs: large bedroom with a bed for 2 persons (160 x 200 cm) + 1 bed for 1 person (80 x 200 cm), shower room, toilets.
Two outdoor terraces, one of which is covered, garden furniture, planted courtyard of 3500 sq.m, Boules field. The property has its own parking space. Shops 2 km away.

De woning is perfect voor ons , ruim en rustige omgeving. Ligt wel afgleden maar met de auto leuke ritjes gemaakt.

Unser Urlaub im Mai 2022 in Limpiville war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus mit Pool. Das besondere war ein Pool Haus, dass man vom Wohn-Esszimmer aus betreten konnte. Der Pool ist beheizt und lädt bei jedem Wetter zum Schwimmen ein. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet für alles was man für einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub in der Normandie benötigt. Auch der Außenbereich war super. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, selbst mit einem Fernseher im Schlafzimmer. Auch ein Elektrogrill ist vorhanden.
Die Vermieterin, Frau Lea Roppert die auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beim Empfang bekamen wir Eier von eigenen Hühnern und ein Cidre als Willkommensgeschenk überreicht. Bei allen Fragen und Belangen konnten wir Sie jederzeit erreichen und es wurde uns schnell und ohne Zögern geholfen. Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jedenfalls nochmal mieten und bedanken uns nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs gentilles attentions.
La maison est très agréable, le jardin soigné. Nous nous sentons comme des invités, grâce à une déco personnelle et chaleureuse, loin d'une ambiance standard que l'on peut retrouver quelquefois dans certaines locations.
Le grand plus de ce lieu de vacances : la piscine !
Propreté irréprochable tant à la maison qu'à la piscine.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous en avons à nouveau l'occasion avec nos petites-filles.
