The stay was pleasent as always, great hotel for a very reasonable price. Staff where friendly as always
The bed was too hard for my liking, breakfast room service card was not collect in the sunday night ready for monday. The only other small thing is there are no plug sockets near the bed so the phone is plugged in across the room.

The hotel was nice enough for cheap accommodation and the St James minster was gorgeous.
The room we stayed in was very loud because of the wind, and something was loose outside, I would say. And the bed wasn't very comfortable. But apart from those things it was good value for money and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Room was nice and clean,
Breakfast was good and a wide variety of choice
Location of hotel was central and easy to access all amenities.
Shower was very hot and was very difficult to change the temperature on shower.
Not hotel fault but building work outside and noisy first thing in the morning.very
