Beautiful design, spacious enough and clean

Not enough explanation about the breakfast building difference either our room building which was a different tower and we got lost and had to use the emergency stairs and locked behind the doors until we called reception

Great to have two adjoining rooms for my husband and our two kids. Gave us a great amount of space. Really easy walk to Tivoli and into the centre of Copenhagen. Lovely walk along the water from here. Great quiet big gym and the kids loved the pool.

We had a Big Family Room, which is apparently a two room with interconnection. Rooms are not so big but enough for two person per room. Breakfast was of good quality with variety of food options.

Cleanliness is a bit weird, no regular cleaning is done unless you ask for and when we made a request, they forgot to clean the room so we had to stay with same towels and no cleaning for more than two days. Communcation is not also very good, we hoped a more warm and welcoming staff. Location is both good and bad. It's 10 minutes walk to central train station, but if you don't want to walk there is only one bus line going to the hotel which is not so frequent. So it may take about 30 minutes from hotel to city center depending on bus's schedule.
