The hotel has an excellent location! Good, spacious rooms and Washrooms...latter with warm floors - which is so comforting in the cold weather. Good working desk.

For our last two nights, we stayed again at ProfilHotel Copenhagen. Just like our previous stay, the location remains the biggest advantage. Being right next to Copenhagen Central Station is extremely convenient, especially for airport transfers and city travel. This time, we arrived slightly after 1pm and were able to access our room without any delay, which was a much smoother experience compared to our earlier check-in. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and we were given one of the newly renovated rooms. It looked modern, refreshed, and much nicer than before, which definitely improved our stay. One unique feature of the hotel is its lift. The elevator is over 100 years old, established since 1924, which gives the building a lot of character and historical charm. It’s quite a special experience using such a vintage lift. Overall, this second stay was more pleasant, mainly due to the renovated room and smoother check-in process. The excellent location continues to be the strongest selling point of the hotel.

Disappointed with this hotel. Except of the hotel location, nothing else is plus point. The advertised of the single room that I booked and paid for 3 days 2 nights, mentioned attached with bathtub. However, 3 days before my departure, there was another follow-up email asked for my preference of room whether bathtub / balcony / elevator access, etc. I replied the email of my preference of room with bathtub and elevator as per room I had paid for. And I confirmed for breakfast on the 3th day due to early departure to Copenhagen Airport. I was told on arrival, to inform front desk to request “breakfast to go” on 3th day morning. On 15 March 2026 arrival, the front desk reception lady told that I will get a Queen size bedroom. And front desk reception lady told that kitchen is closed for dinner on Sunday & Monday. I informed about the “breakfast to go” on my 3th day early morning, as per email. Front desk reception lady assured me that the breakfast will be ready for collection at front desk by 6am on 17 March 2026. After settled checked-in and done with front desk, I entered the room, I was assigned with a room so called “upgraded” to queen size bed room, but just combined with 2 single beds. No bathtub no balcony, and actually the hotel only total 6 floors, probably converted from old building but all the floors had elevator access, no idea why it was part of the option that customers must chose?! I was thinking whatever it’s, just give it a pass. On 17 March 2026 6am, I checked out at front desk and asked about my breakfast to go whether ready for collection. Front desk reception guy robotically told me: “There was missed communication as kitchen was closed last night, nobody is preparing my “breakfast to go” for collection.” It was the way like things was let it happened intentionally by no arrangement is done, and not proactively to tell me at the point I checked out but until I asked. I was hurried to catch my train, not bother to argue further. But this is definitely not a good hotel service that I had been paid from my vacation experiences.
