The staff were amazing on arrival, as were the breakfast staff in the morning.
The room was incredible (premier king with sofa).
The breakfast was something else: hot, fresh, and very tasty).
The shower cubicle was a little small, especially considering the room they have available in the bathroom.

It was neat and clean, very classy! I was very impressed overall way above my expectations!
Nothing at all.
There were just a few road closures and map misguided a couple of times as to how to reach to the hotel but thats not on the hotel. It will be above and beyond though to let the clients know of the diversion of the route they will have to take to reach the hotel.

I liked the location and the ease of getting into the city center
The parking issue. We were told to sign our car in on the computer and then to pay £6 but the people we went with didn’t have to pay at all. I know it’s only £6 but I don’t understand why some people pay and others don’t even though we had booked the same thing
