Perfect location for Beatson hospital. I had paid for room to support friend. Staff were very friendly and helpful and responsive non all ways except resolving smoke alarm. Reported on first morning to staff. Nightstaff very apologetic when not resolved but unable to fix until next day by which point we would be gone.
Door cards kept failing
Smoke alarm absent. Reported as soon as noticed not resolved during stay.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There was a huge bed which was very comfortable. We chose the hotel for its location as being from Glasgow it was ideal for our needs which were in the hotels locality. The staff were very friendly and most helpful which can be expected from fellow Scottish people. Our room had a nice view of the pond despite the usual Glasgow weather.
Minor faults, toilet seat lid was broken and toilet roll kept falling off of the holder but this did not spoil our stay.
