About this house rental
Located in the heart of a still preserved village, the house (no garden) enjoys a privileged and quiet location. No need to take the car to do your shopping: bakery, tobacco, bar, press, pharmacy, and convenience store are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Located in a calm environment, 'ker Noyal' will welcome you in a typical Breton place.
The house accommodates 4 people in the heart of the village, it does not have a garden but overlooks a pretty square with a pretty flower bed. You can nevertheless take your aperitif outside, a small table and sun loungers are available for a moment of relaxation after returning from your walks or the beach.
'Ker Noyal' has 2 bedrooms. The first has a double bed, the second 2 beds of 90 (possibility of putting them aside to make a large double bed).
Ideal for children and babies: bed, baby bath, high chair, deckchair, children's games.
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
The sea is not far away, with many beaches and beautiful coastal paths. Thus, the serenity, the quality and the diversity of its environment, will seduce you throughout your stay.
Our village, Noyal Muzillac is part of the Municipalities classified "Rural Heritage of Brittany". As such, its historic architectural heritage (15th century houses, wash houses, mills, fountains, dormers) is highlighted. The botanical path around the village will introduce you to the beauty of typically Breton landscapes (ponds, flora, longères, fountains, ovens).
Families with children can visit the Branferé animal park, less than 4 km away. They will be able to discover animals living in freedom but also an amazing wealth of plants. No desire to cook, RDV in Guerno, neighboring village to taste delicious pancakes and its heritage .......

La maison est plutôt bien située, entre Quiberon et St Nazaire, pas très loin de l'océan. Le parc de BRANFERE est à peine à 10 minutes en voiture. C'est une maison très bien entretenue et bien équipée, au calme et située à proximité de toutes commodités dans le village. Les voisins sont adorables ! La Bretagne est une région riche en découvertes et offre des paysages magnifiques. Cette maison est une bonne adresse à retenir!
