Located in a small residence at the end of a private driveway, the duplex apartment is on the first floor; it includes on the 1st level: an entrance, a shower room, a WC, a living room with American kitchen and a loggia with view on the gardens of the neighboring villas; SO orientation; upstairs: a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds and a bedroom with a 140 bed. The residence has a large garden which descends to the sea with direct access; swimming possible at high tide. Small strike at low tide. The property is completely enclosed and is ideal for young children. Private parking and local bike. Scheduled for 4 people, pets not accepted. Starting point for many excursions at sea in the gulf and on land. Famous shore fishing.

Ce joli mini duplex m’a rappelé ces « studios cabines » des stations de sport d’hiver ! Car chaque mètre carré y est rentabilisé de la façon la plus astucieuse : rien ne manque au niveau confort (sinon un micro-ondes et un grille pains ? ) . Idéalement situé à 5 minutes du « petit port de Locmariaquer « (appelé ici La Petite Cale) que l’on rejoint en bout du jardin par le chemin des douaniers face au Golfe , toutes les plages sont à moins de 10 minutes à bicyclettes , comme le centre de village . Attention à la sortie du parking , dont les angles morts sur la route méritent la plus grande attention , même si la vitesse des véhicules arrivant est limitée à 30 kms h …C’est une bonne adresse que nous conseillons , de plus le propriétaire est quelqu’un de sympathique , à l’image de la déco simple mais soignée et surtout très propre .
