It is close to ‘The village ‘ outdoor mall encompassing high end restaurants & boutique shopping - also only 25 min drive from Malibu beach, Santa Monica , Beverly Hills & Hollywood & universal studios.
Large master bed has king bed & sliding glass door overlooking garden & pool.
Second bedroom has queen bed &’adjacent guest bath. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Fully equipped, open plan kitchen with all herbs & condiments you need to cook a gourmet meal.bar area into living room & dining room & sliding glass doors from kitchen & living room into back garden/patio , ideal for indoor /outdoor living by the pool or fire pit.outdoor games for kids & adults, cornhole, boules , paddle ball & golf tee with whiffle balls .separate converted garage on property-has separate private entrance & is completely private from main rental house, may on occasion have overlapping rental times , but does not impact your stay in main house in any way

Fabulous home, exactly as listed and way bigger than expected, very spacious. The pool is huge and the gardens are beautiful. The home is in a lovely neighborhood with shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a great stay in this lovely house. Shauna was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. Would return again!

House was lovely place for my family to celebrate Christmas. Secluded back yard with pool, easy check-in system. Great location. Owner was attentive though out of the country. Could have used air freshener and some carpet repair from dog. As well as cleaning dog poo in the backyard. Found food in some of the pans. Called property manager about appliances that did not work properly (fridge, dishwasher) but no return call. Owner may want to depersonalize more so it’s more clear what guests may use. Would also have benefited from having more guidance on check out (what to do with linens, etc) and making broom/vacuum available.
