One of the standout features of this property is its Salt Water Pool and large Patio area ideal for outdoor entertaining or enjoying a family barbecue. Easy access to local shopping, dining, and entertainment at The Commons in Calabasas or The Village in Woodland Hills. It offers a spacious open space connecting Living Room and Dining Areas is the perfect entertaining area with access to the great outdoor space and pool.
The Chef’s Kitchen to cook and prep your meals with lots of counter tops, a large refrigerator, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, cooking ware, outdoor dinnerware, Breville Barista coffee station, and complementary Fiji bottle water. Next to it you will see the Family room with a 60-inch TV and a fireplace for a cozy night in.
Bedrooms and Baths:
The primary Master En-Suite features a King size bed with a Memory Foam Mattress, a 55” Smart TV, luxury soft linens, and a large closet with hangers, and additional towels. The en-suite bathroom offers a full-sized shower with Jacuzzi soaking bathtub, single vanity, and great amenities like professional grade shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and fresh towels including washcloths.
The secondary guest bedroom has a Queen size bed as well with a 10-inch Memory Foam Mattress, a 43" Smart TV, luxury soft linens, a closet with hangers, a blanket, and additional towels. The third guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with 10-inch Memory Foam Mattress, a 43" Smart TV, luxury soft linens, a closet with hangers, a blanket, and additional towels. There is an additional bathroom you can access from the Hallway and the third bedroom has an en-suite. All come with a shower and great amenities as well like professional-grade shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and fresh towels.
Extra Amenities:
High-speed internet / WIFI and Smart TVs for you to be able to enjoy your favorite Netflix shows while away. Extra linens and pillows are available upon request for longer stays, washcloths are provided in all bathrooms, and a washer and dryer located on the second floor off the hallway with laundry detergent/bounce. Pool / Beach towels are located in the Laundry room. Pool floats available upon request.

Great entertaining outdoor space including a Lounging Seating area for 8-10 guests, a Dining Table that accommodates 8 and a BBQ grill with BBQ tools. This is a well provided home and location. Close to great shopping and down the hill from both costco and whole foods. We love the views from the bedrooms in the mornings and at night. Recommend paying the fee to heat the spa and pool because you want to stay out for the view all night.

The home was beautiful and clean with incredible views. However, we struggled with the hosts lack of communication with each other and myself. Pool/spa was not heated properly. Host agreed to refund heating cost but only refunded half and won’t respond to my messages requesting full refund as promised. Some of the other problems were less important but worth mentioning….Propane tanks were empty for the bbq and outdoor heaters. Host did refill the tanks only after my request when we tried to use the bbq. Description stated there was a Breville coffee station so I brought along whole bean coffee only to find a pod machine with a few pods. Master bathroom sink was cracked and was missing the stopper so my husband had to use guest bathroom to shave, etc.
overall, the home was beautiful and relaxing! Liz was nice but failed to honor our refund to heat the pool/spa properly. Monica communicated but tried to tell me 5 days into our 8 day stay that the cost for heating the pool did not include the spa, which seems weird as it is part of the pool. Her comment 5 days into our stay was only after we complained that the spa was only heating to 94 degrees when she stated she heated it to 104 degrees. She finally heated the spa the 5 & 6 nights and it was very enjoyable. Day 7 was spent trying to explain to the hosts that the pool equipment started to malfunction, turning on and off every minute the entire day due to a clog in the pump. Bummer, but we made the best of it!
