About this house rental
80m2 house on 2 levels very nice, 120 m from the sea, completely renovated in 2014 and 2015;
on the ground floor:
a fully equipped kitchen s' opening on a stay
consisting of a dining table, gray leather sofa, coffee table. bench, pellet stove;
a bathroom with wc and wash hand
1st:
2 bedrooms "140 beds"
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
1 small room with wardrobe and bed: baby
and attic a 140 bed
all rooms overlooking the sea and
windows have shutters
The small garden is closed
in the kitchen, a terrace of 10 m2
in the garden wooden table, gas grill, umbrella;
welcome small animal;
fresh bread and newspapers are at 250 m
supermarket, doctor and pharmacist 8 kms
a small market on the seafront, in season Monday
morning;
very good cakes, cakes and Breton
kouigns aman in Quéménéven and Locronan;
excellent pancake houses nearby;
calories burned quickly after a jog on
beach, a hike on the coastal path, time
windsurfing and yachting!

Monique and this property are top notch! We absolutely loved our stay in Saint Nic. Monique is the ultimate hostess, and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. The home has been modernized and has all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!The WiFi was great, the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you’d need, there’s a shower in the basement to remove beach sand, and the kids attic is great!

We had a wonderful stay. Monique was incredibly responsive and kind so everything was easy to organise! The house is brilliant for a family. We stayed with our one year old and everything was there that we needed! Such a lovely space to spend time in - we enjoyed the terrace and the garden especially. Fantastic value for money and super close to the beach. Perfect! Thanks to Monique for her amazing hospitality.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time exploring the Crozon Presqu'ile. Monique met us at the property and was extremely welcoming. She gave us really useful information about the area and places to visit and not to be missed. The property was very comfortable and very well equipped - beautifully renovated by Rene. Although it was just my husband and I, the house is ideal for a family (all equipped for a baby too) and the location is within less than 5 minutes walk from a gorgeous huge sandy beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Very impressed. Cottage was cosy, clean and very well equipped from kitchen to bedrooms. Attention to detail was clear to see and we were made to feel very welcome. Loved the beach walks. Would happily return, well done Monique
