L’emplacement est central, calme et le Check-in physique est assez rapide. Des tutoriels sont disponibles pour faire fonctionner les différents appareils de l’appartement, ce qui peut s’avérer très utile.
Les inconvénients d’Airbnb et de Booking réunis dans un seul logement. Un Check-in ridiculeusement tardif (17h), des messages automatiques et impersonnels constants, et peu de réactivité (notamment face au fait qu’il n’est pas possible de faire fonctionner le frigo). Le logement ne ressemble plus aux photos, ses meubles sont bon marché et vieillissants. La propreté est, au mieux, sommaire (Traces dans la douche, poussière sous le lit, vieux store planqué derrière une armoire…). Le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas correct.

The location is not very central but it is almost on the board of Luara in a pretty quiet place. Several restaurants are nearby. Two grocery stores are within 10 minutes' walking distance. It is very a nice bridge walk to the center. The apartment is perfect for one and very good for two. The facilities are very good. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The bathroom is nice. The bedroom has a window to the street and because of the ground floor mostly it is closed with curtains - this was the only minor issue. The bed was perfect for me - it is firm and very comfortable. I recommend this housing for a week-long stay in Orleans.

La ubicación
Limpieza y los cubos de la basura en la ventana todo pegajoso en la cocina el baño sucio....hemos tenido que limpiar la telas de araña para poder abrir las ventanas le falta una limpieza a fondo lavavajillas estaba el filtro lleno sin limpiar y lavadora igual en resumen todo fatal querríamos irnos antes pero no regalar dinero con tantas explicaciones en Youtube parece que la gente viene del otro mundo y todo el piso huele mal no es precisamente lo que se ve en las fotos y hay muchas cosas que no nos han gustado.
