Große Wohnung, Alles gut mit Öffentlichem Bus erreichbar, Baby-Badewanne (ich habe ein Baby)
Das Wasser in der Dusche ist etwas wenig, zu wenig für mich. Zwei Mal ist es zu Blackout gekommen, hat aber nur paar Sekunden gedauert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock mit wunderschönem Blick Richtung Venedig. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, Busstation in 5 Min Gehweite, Supermarkt und Strand in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend und Parkplatz gibt es vor der Tür.
Valentina und Chiara sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und verlässlich und haben bei jeglichen Fragen sofort geantwortet. Wir danken für Ihre Mühe und würden uns sehr freuen, bald wieder zu kommen.
Man sieht, dass es ein alter, gepflegter Haushalt war, aber es wäre vielleicht schön, wenn dieser ein bisschen Auffrischung bekommen würde (zB Gläser... ) Ich habe bereits Bescheid gegeben, dass im dritten Zimmer das ausziehbare Sofa leider nicht mehr funktioniert, aber das ist nur wichtig, wenn mehr als 5 Personen die Wohnung mieten.

Muffiges Stiegenhaus, Wohnung und Möbel etwas abgewohnt, besonders das Bad, schlechter Abfluß.

We found the apartment to be lacking in the most basic of facilities….For example there wasn’t a kettle,toaster. or a microwave,which I think are essential items to have in a kitchen.Also the main bed was very firm and uncomfortable,just needs updating.Yes it’s in a lovely quiet area with stunning views of Venice,with beautiful sunsets and the beach is also close by.But the worst thing for us was being bitten to bits by mosquitoes due to being so close to the waterfront I suppose you should be prepared for this.I don’t want to be so negative about the apartment,but feel I have to give an honest review.
