Great location just outside of Zurich. Beautiful views and walks by the lake.
Super comfortable bed.
We had a car but the train station (very quite) is next to property.

I've stayed a couple times at House Of Harmony, and I can clearly see they stepped up their game in the cleaning departement. My room was well prepared and clean.
Practicle location next to the station.
Late check in hours are practicle.
Neighbours were a little noisy

The location was good
Nobody there to receive me. I came from abroad and had no internet to call reception.
Check-in per telephone of a friend who was with me, thank God!
The three rooms I was referred to by phone were not ready even though I arrived after 16.00h.
I finally had to take a room under the eaves up a very steep staircase. No help with my heavy suitcase. I was afraid I would not be able to take it downstairs again..
The toilet was not clean and not flushed! Tiny sink that was only good to wash your hands. Shower without curtain or walls so that the entire bathroom got soaked when I showered. I had to find the drain that was located under the toilet seat in order to sweep the water off the floor with ny hands.
Low eaves with protruding beams in the entire room. During the night I hit my head very hard on one of the beams. If I had bled (taking blood thinners) there would have been nobody to help me in the house, only other guests. What do the guests do in case of a fire, injury or blackout?
The building is open 24 hours and there are no locks on the rooms!!!
There is a coffee maker in the rooms. Breakfast is not available. However, it seems that they have another building nearby where they offer a nice breakfast . know that only because a friend of mine booked a room at House of Harmony the very same night, and she was offered breakfast. Very disappointed.
All in all I can only say I would not recommend House of Harmony.
