Location was good, lot of dining and grocery options within walking distance from the hotel. Nice and smooth check-in/out process
Cleanliness can be improved, the walls or windows aren't unfortunately soundproof. This might cause a noise problem because the hotel is situated right next to Wipkingen train station

Easy self check-in, clean, and only 20 minutes walking distance from old town.
People were sleeping in hallways at 8am (not sure why)

Location was great. Check in was easy and good.
I specifically booked for 3 single beds for a reason because we neded 3 separate beds but we got a double and a single bed and since no reception one of us had to sleep on the floor
