Sehr schön gelegen in einem gut erhaltenem mittelalterlichen Dorf mit lebendiger Dorfgemeinschaft und einem sehr schönen Blick von der Terasse aus. Man kann schöne mittelalterliche Städte (Gubbio, Spello, Peruggia...) besuchen und die Hügellandschaft der Umgebung (Regionalpark Montecucco) ist malerisch. Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Appartement - sauber und ordentlich. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - er hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und uns einiges über das Dorf und die Umgebung erzählt. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant mit traditionellen umbrischen Gerichten, dort haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und ein nettes Café sindleicht mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer ist auch etwas laut beim Öffnen und Schließen.

BELLAVISTA is located right in the center of the small medival Town of Fosato di Vico. Narrow roads leeding up from the main Road to the pittorec center, high up on the Hill with a breathtaking view over the gentle Umbria Hills, domninated by the Majestic Monte Cucco, a famos Mecca for hanggliders as well as paragliders and a convienient start for many good tracks into the nearby Montains.
Emanuele meet us on our arrivle and friendly explayned all facilitys.
We enjoned the luxury of having the whole well equipped house for our selfs. The modern kitchen contains everything needed for shelf-catering and -importand now late in the Year- a convienient radiator- heating in all rooms. The spacios Balcony becomes a magic place when the sun slowely sets on the Montains far away, turning the whole landscape into magic light. Cant wayt to return, early Spring!

Posizione strategia dell'appartamento sul centro storico del paese e vista spettacolare. Immobile dotato di tutti i confort. Molto apprezzato io parcheggio fronte abitazione. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare presso questa struttura.
