About this apartment rental
We just rent one apartment, shown by the pictures; in this way our guests have complete privacy both for the garden & the terrace with Jacuzzi. Ideally located in the centre of Umbrian region. Within 15 minuts by car you can reach many interesting places like Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Montefalco, Todi...and many other small villages where to enjoy the tradions of architecture, religion, food, wine and craftsmanship.Our farmhouse, enjoys a wonderfull view over the river Tiber valley and over the rolling hills of Perugia. Our Jacuzzi, perfect to refresh during summer and relax, is set on the huge balcony where the view is breathtaking especially at sunset. Jacuzzi pool open from the beginning of June, till the end of September.
Big garden, deckchairs, barbecue, available for free. Riding and fishing place are very close.Many walking paths around.

We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it.
It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes.

We never got to meet Monia, as she was away, but her brother, Mauro, took excellent care of us. He met us at the bottom of the hill and escorted us to the house and showed us around. He responded immediately to texts and questions, and gave us wonderful recommendations (we loved touring the olive oil mill that he takes his family's olives to). The house is a family home, a simple farmhouse but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The uncle lives next door but we rarely saw or heard him, and we loved the sense of privacy we had.
The internet did go out on us mid week but that was no big deal as we had our own sources. The home is centrally located in Umbria, close to many popular places, and we loved coming back each night for a dip in the "hot/cold" tub and the amazing views. The sunsets were spectacular. It was a perfect spot for our family.

A beautiful place, a spacious traditional farmhouse building with a fantastic raised patio with far reaching views from the hot tub over the olive groves to the rolling Umbrian hills.Mauro and Monia are friendly and were always easily contactable to offer local advice and help should we need it.A good base to explore local hilltop towns/villages and vineyards, Assisi, Montefalco, Todi and Bevagna amongst others.Very good pizzeria/restaurant - i morti di fame - at the bottom of the hill and restaurant - la locanda del colle - in walking distance up it.One of the most peaceful and beautiful places weve spent time.Oh, and a very friendly cat.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
