The host was very friendly!
The accomodation was very clean and pretty, we had water and soda in the fridge and also enough coffee for a week.
Not far away from the City center, an 5-10 minute walk.
Air conditioning works very well, also has a nice radio.
Has a local shop just outside on the other side of the street.
Reccomendation for parking: via Armando Diaz and via Tamburini, one next to each other (10 min walk to/from the accomodation).
The wifi is not working properly.

The property was incredibly clean upon arrival! It was cosy and charming and very cool at night, even without the air-conditioning, which was great in the summer heat. Bed was comfy and the apartment had everything I needed. I usually feel a little on edge being alone in a new place but felt very safe in this apartment and slept soundly. The location was great as it was about 10 minutes walk out of the historical centre (still very close and on a charming little street) but with enough distance for it to feel relaxed and quiet.
Nothing - everything was as expected, if not better than then photos.

The location was good, dog friendly and the washing machine.
The wifi was not working properly, it was incredibly slow and just disconnects. The owner promised free parking in front of the apartment, but there was only resident parking, so we were not allowed to park, and had to arrange our parking somewhere else. The shower had only very little warm water amount.
