Perfectly located in the center of the modern town, this stylish holiday home places you right where everything happens. Whether you’re looking for a cozy bar, a boutique, a hairdresser, a delicatessen, a supermarket, or a souvenir shop – everything is just steps away. Ostuni’s main shopping street, Viale Pola, is only a one-minute walk from your door, while the picturesque, fascinating Old Town – reminiscent of an oriental kasbah – is just a short stroll downhill.
The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two additional guests, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The elegant living room, with its large window and classic curtain for privacy, is adorned with a striking original chest from 1681 – a true eye-catcher that could have come straight from Pirates of the Caribbean. The warm ambiance is subtly enhanced by the peach-colored walls in both the living and sleeping areas.
Although the apartment is located on a street, it has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The owner’s passion for art is visible throughout: a unique mix of southern French coastal scenes, contemporary Italian artworks, and antique prints and paintings decorate the walls.
The classically styled bedroom features a brown iron bed (with firm mattresses), an antique Apulian chest of drawers – a family heirloom – and an antique wardrobe from Friuli (without hanging space). It is situated at the rear of the apartment; the window overlooks a light shaft and the neighboring wall.
The kitchen area, with custom-made white drawers, is topped with a lovely white-and-green marble countertop. The bathroom, also in white and green tones, includes a crystal-glass shower and a bidet.
While the ceilings in the living and bedroom areas are high, the kitchen niche and one corner of the bathroom have lower ceilings.
La Maison N° 75 is an attractive alternative to seaside accommodations. The beautiful coast is just a short drive away (7 km).
In the summer months, life and leisure in Ostuni center around the Old Town: strolling up to the Cathedral, enjoying an aperitivo at Borgo Antico Bistrot, browsing the boutiques, and dining al fresco on charming terraces – pure lifestyle and Mediterranean joy.
