Хорошие апарты в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа и пешей доступности от старого города. Гостеприимный, отзывчивый хозяин. Есть посудомойка и стиральная машина, вай-фай и необходимая кухонная утварь
очень высокая раковина для ребенка или людей низкого роста- неудобно. Хотелось бы также микроволновую печь и кофе-машину, если оставаться длительно, более 5 дней.

The location was very quiet, but comfortably close to services and the beach. The apartment was in very clean condition and the house was quite new. The house was also very peaceful. Communication went very well. We received answers to our questions very quickly.

Antonio & Maria is setting the bar very high with their outstanding service & accommodation both before and during our fantastic stay there. From helping us with transport from Fondi and Rome, to answering basic questions we had at a moments notice and making our check-in easy & quick. Very kind people :)
The appartment itself is very clean and spacious. I don’t think the pictures does the appartment justice, as it is even nicer in person, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 balconies. very cosy & comfortable place to relax after an evening out or have breakfast if that’s your thing. The place comes with absolutely everything one would need to cook food aswell as and do laundry / cleaning on your own.
The location is very near the center of Sperlonga and only 200 meters from the increadibly beautiful beach. It’s located in a nice & quiet neighborhood within a gated entry. Only 2-5min walk to most stores, simply lovely!
