About this apartment rental
The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, 100 metres far from the beach. You’ll find many shops and restaurants on the seaside. Also, the city centre is just a few metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Sperlonga is a beautiful ancient town with a transparent sea and natural reserves. The historical heritage is made up of many archaeological and cultural sites.
The flat is on the ground floor, in excellent condition. It has a 200 sqm garden with gazebo, fountains and an outdoor shower. Deckchairs, sun loungers, tables, chairs and barbecue are available for our guests. Inside, there is a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. We can host up to 6 people.
The house has an independent air conditioning system. Also, it is already equipped with everything is needed for a pleasant stay from the washing machine to the electric oven to the cutlery. The garage can host 2 medium-sized cars or a big one. We may also provide wifi if needed, just ask in advance. Wish you a wonderful holiday!

14 giorni belli e rilassanti. Mare stupendo e giornate piacevolmente ventilate. Appartamento bellissimo e comodo sia per la sua grandezza interna che per il grande terrazzo che al mare non può mancare.
Salvatore e Assunta due proprietari di casa di una gentilezza e disponibilità quasi familiare.

La casa è in una posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti dal mare e in una zona servita da farmacia supermercati, ristoranti. L'appartamento è ottimo, fornito di tutti i comfort, con uno spazio esterno molto ampio dotato di una doccia con acqua calda che d'estate risulta utilissima.
Unica pecca sono i letti della cameretta con materassi e reti vecchi che possono, forse, andar bene per dei bambini ma sono scomodi per una persona adulta. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva che consiglio.
