Loved the location and property is nice and clean.
The host is very responsive if you need anything.
Ethan house has some good facilities however it is in need of some maintenance - e.g skirtings/doors and door frames.
Kitchen cupboards are quite old.

The property is in a very convenient location, right beside the Ring of Kerry road, which made it perfect for exploring the area. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, she greeted us when we arrived and made us feel at home straight away. When we had a small question about the heating system late at night, she responded quickly and helped us without any hesitation. She had already sent us clear check-in instructions in advance, so everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing once we got there. The house itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and we would absolutely recommend this property to others. We would be delighted to come back here again next summer.
